What is Bizbio?

A studio in the London region. We produce film and photography, build animation, design and run websites, and seal a record of what we shoot — four lines of work, one company, since 2012.

Does Bizbio use AI?

Yes. We’re an AI-native studio and modern tools are how the work gets faster. What we never do is invent a picture of your business and present it as real.

What does the verification cost?

It’s included. Every production we shoot carries it, and it’s built into the cost. It isn’t priced separately.

Do you only work in London?

We shoot on location across Southwestern Ontario. The office is in St. Thomas, and it isn’t a studio.

What do the labels on your pictures mean?

The label under a picture says where that picture came from — that is what it is for. You will see these. STANDARD CAPTURE — photographed or filmed on location, for real. FRAME CAPTURE — a still pulled from footage we shot. ANIMATION — motion we built and rendered. ILLUSTRATION — a drawn or made graphic, built from your own drawings and numbers. GENERATED — AI-made audio or material, labelled every time, and never on imagery of your operations. LICENSED — a real photograph made by someone else, rights cleared. VERIFIED REALITY — captured and sealed at the moment it was taken; the sealed packet can be re-checked by anyone. That is not the whole vocabulary: the record has the rest, and the R in a frame's corner opens that asset's row. You always know which is which.

Does a sealed record hold up in a legal or insurance proceeding?

That decision belongs to the court, the insurer or the client — never to us. What we provide is independently verifiable documentation: the media, the device reading and the time it was taken. The judge or adjuster decides the context.

Can I put Verified Reality on a site that has generated images?

No. We’ll build the site — that’s your call — and the mark stays off it.

Can you verify footage I already have, from another camera?

No. Only media captured through the app is attested. A file that arrives afterwards can be checked for tampering, but it can’t be proven to be what it claims.

Who does the verification?

Independent verifiers — people running their own businesses. Bizbio runs the record and the pipeline. Terms are not discussed publicly.

Who owns the data?

The client. They’re the data controller: they decide what gets redacted and where the file goes. We handle the media and keep the record.

Why does this matter as AI agents start acting on their own?

Software can move money and files, but it has no eyes and no hands. It can’t tell whether a building is standing, whether a shipment arrived damaged, or whether an event actually happened. A sealed capture is how a machine gets an answer from somebody who physically went and looked.

What does a shoot cost?

Every production is custom, so there is no rate card. What drives the number is what the film has to do — one shoot day produced five films for a London manufacturer, and a single interview can be a day’s work. Tell us what you’re making and when, and Bryan comes back with an answer.

How far do you travel?

Productions are shot on location across Southwestern Ontario — London, St. Thomas, Sarnia, Woodstock and the towns between. A Major League Soccer club in Vancouver hired us to film its goalkeeper on her own pitch, so the job settles the distance, not the address.

Can you film inside a working plant or on a live site?

That is most of the work: a manufacturer’s plant in London, a house being rebuilt past the code, a laboratory where a building can be flooded on purpose. Tell us what the site allows and we plan the day around it, rather than asking you to stop working.

What do you need from us before the shoot?

For a film: who speaks, what the place actually does, and when we can be there. For animation the source material is the whole job — your drawings, specifications and reports, because the model is built from your numbers rather than from our imagination.

What happens if somebody questions a picture months later?

They open the record and re-check the file. That is what sealing it is for: the answer is not our word, it is the file. What a court, an insurer or a client does with it afterwards is theirs to decide — never ours.

Do you work through agencies?

Yes. Some of our work reaches the client through their agency — the Leicatex films were commissioned through Samuel Marketing Solutions. The brief comes from whoever owns the story, and the crew answers to one person.
