The Institute For Catastrophic Loss Reduction or ICLR has been a long time Bizbio client. In 2019 we went up to Bracebridge, Ontario to interview and investigate the terrible flooding that inundated the area. We hiked into an area cut off from local roads and interviewed the stranded people who were waiting for work crews to save them. This video was the result of those encounters.
