Service Experts Project
Service Experts is a national brand and one of our longer-running clients. The work came out of their Toronto office and was arranged by their team here in London — two days in August 2018, filming the whole process from the first phone call to the check-in a year later.
What this was for
A national brand that needed strangers to trust it before they called. We filmed the whole customer journey — the call, the consultation, installation day, the year-later check — so a homeowner could see what they were buying before they bought it.
The story, as we wrote it at the time
Service Experts has been a Bizbio client for years. We scouted their operation first, then shot over two days in August 2018 — the first phone call, the in-home consultation, the options conversation, installation day, and the technician who comes back a year later. What To Expect went up in January 2019 and has been watched nearly five thousand times since. There is also a logo reveal, a one-minute and a two-minute cut, a postcard, and a Make-A-Wish reveal we covered with them in London in March 2019.
